Music undoubtedly bestows a profound effect on both the body and psyche and that there has been a rise in those who practice music therapy because of the great benefit it offers. People suffering with cancer, children suffering with ADHD and others suffering with mental and physical problems are beginning to use music to ward of depression, to ease pain, to promote movement, to ease muscle tension, and to rejuvenate body mind and soul.
